On Monday, February 5th, 2024, the IEEE Electron Devices Society at    Sri Sairam Institute of Technology hosted an engaging online event titled " Tamil Melodies in English Harmony " The event was coordinated by Sangeetha G and Thanu Sree S. "Lost in Translation: Tamil Tunes Edition" welcomed participants to explore the enchanting world of Tamil music. The event aimed to provide an immersive experience where participants deciphered English lyrics of mesmerizing Tamil songs. The diverse audience, comprising enthusiasts of language and music, actively engaged in the online session, demonstrating a keen interest in unraveling the poetic beauty of Tamil tunes. The host guided participants through the verses, connecting them to the soul-stirring melodies. The event concluded with expressing gratitude through  a vote of thanks. The day served as an inspiring kick-off for further events.
