AVENSIS-ROBOWAR
IEEE MSIT presents ROBOWAR in AVENSIS'24
The Google Form was initially released, through which interested students submitted their entries and selected their preferred weight category for the offline round. On the day of the competition, all teams gathered in the ground with their respective registrations. In total, there were six teams registered for this competition, with four teams having a weight category of 8-15 kg for their robots, and the remaining two teams having bots weighing between 15 and 30 kg. The competition comprised three rounds, with the first two rounds serving as elimination rounds, and the last one as the final round for the respective teams. We organized the competition in a manner that, in the Robowar, the ultimate winner emerged from the team that triumphed in their designated weight category for their robot .
Results had already been declared at that moment, as all discussions and decisions were based on the time taken and the status of robot design. We also took into consideration the team coordination and technical specifications of the robots to accurately assign marking points for their results.
