Retrofit VS Rip & Replace - When is it the Right Choice?

I have more than 35 years’ experience in service, electrical, design, sales, and start-up of electrical, energy management systems, and building control systems.  I have been with Siemens for the last 28 years.

I am presently the National Business Manager for Electrical Services covering the Midwest, Southwest, and our Federal business.

While with Siemens, I have served as an Electrical Supervisor, Systems Specialist, Account Engineer, LAN Administrator, Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager and Service Salesman. Prior to being employed by Siemens I was an electrician managing the installation/servicing of low/medium voltage systems, as well as installation of automation, fire and security systems.
