Biography:
J.M. Rowe is the ARRL Arkansas Section Emergency Coordinator. He is a retired paramedic. J.M. started in public safety as a volunteer firefighter, which led to EMT school, which then led to paramedic school. He serves with the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management and is responsible for all the State Auxiliary Communications efforts. He has served as Arkansas Emergency Coordinator for several years, and developed a very concise and coordinated state structure for all District Emergency Coordinators and Assistant Emergency Coordinators throughout the state.
OPEN MEETING -- All who are interested, licensed or not, please join us in our regular monthly meeting of the IEEE MOVE Radio Club (IMRC). We usually meet by WebEx on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 8-10 pm Eastern time zone. The meeting is open to all. There is no admission fee, and the rewards are manyfold.
