The Collaborative Research and Training Experience (CREATE) Program is supported by NSERC to improve the mentoring and training environment for the Canadian researchers and engineers of tomorrow. The CREATE Annual Symposium  is part of our effort in improving technical, professional development, communication and collaboration skills among our trainnes. Around 20 presentations have been scheduled for the NSERC/IEEE Annual CREATE Symposium this year, including two invited presnetations, two speical  talks and 16 techncial presentations by the CREATE trainees.The main goal of the CREATE Symposium is to enhance the engineering research training experience by promoting the development of both techncial and professional skills among the CREATE trainees.
