With a desire for increased power resilience, as well as economic drivers, microgrids have become a hot topic in today's power world.  States such as New York, Connecticut, and soon to be New Jersey, are all exploring large scale microgrids.  

 

Learn about the basics of what a microgrid is, where they are going, and discover tools to select prime movers based upon utility scale economics and power markets.   This sesssion will be a great primer to learn about this "grid edge" development
