The San Diego chapter of the IEEE Oceanic Engineering Society (OES) invites you to our first meeting of the year on March 5th, 2024 at 4:30 PM. Our kickoff event for the year is a tour of the world famous Scripps Pier at Scripps Institution of Oceanography.  After the pier tour, we will enjoy snacks and light refreshment while discussing future OES events.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact chapter chair, Greg Laugle at greg_laugle@yahoo.com.

Park on La Jolla Shores Drive or in pay lot off of El Paseo Grande.  We cannot validate parking.

A little bit about OES: IEEE OES is a society whose mission is to be the professional home of people passionate about ocean science, engineering, and technology.  In particular, the society hosts technical discussions, guest lectures, and events such as the OCEANS conference.
