Nikki Evans is the Chief Thought Provoker at Ridgeline Coaching, an accomplished coach and consultant on a mission to help workplaces work better. With over 25 years of experience in information technology leadership, she knows the ins and outs of what makes a successful organization. Now, she leverages her knowledge to work with small and mid-sized businesses to fix "people problems" such as bad meetings, low accountability, poor communication, and the bigger stuff like rebooting culture.
