IEEE Sensors Council Hyderabad Chapter Seasonal School on "Smart Agriculture System using IoT Technology"

Smart farming is a development that has emphasized information and communication technology used in machinery, equipment, and sensors in network-based farm supervision cycles. Innovative technologies, the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI) are anticipated to inspire growth and initiate the use of robots and artificial intelligence in farming.

Through the integration of IoT-driven solutions, Indian farmers can access a wealth of data collected by sensors, actuators, and electronic devices. This real-time data empowers farmers with insights into their fields, enabling informed decision-making.

To address these real-time problems, IEEE Sensors Council Hyderabad Chapter is organizing a Seasonal School on "Smart Agriculture System using IoT Technology" as it plays pivotal role for the improvement and innovations through wide range of sensors including soil moisture, raindrop, humidity, and temperature sensors. The aim of this event is to discuss about the recent advancements in technologies, challenges and future research areas concerning the farming landscape can potentially transition towards more efficient, sustainable, and higher-yielding practices, ensuring food security and economic growth.
