Biography:

Nadine Ajam is an Electrical Engineer, certified project management professional and a quality management expert. Nadine is also holder of a diploma is human resources management and a self-development and leadership professional.

Her journey started in Montreal in the field of simulation of nuclear power plants. Few years later, she returned to Lebanon and pursued her career in the construction industry, where she assumed project management responsibilities for the execution of several projects and was in charge of implementing quality management programs.

In 2016, she founded “Building Knowledge” providing consultancies and trainings to companies and professionals in different industries to support them improve their processes and business results.

During the 4 years she served on the WIE executive committee, Nadine was passionate about the mission of WIE in promoting women engineers and scientists and inspiring girls to follow a career in engineering or science. This passion led her to organize several events and to assist many student branches in launching WIE-SB’s at their respective universities. Today Nadine is serving the executive committee of IEEE Lebanon Section as Industry Relations Officer

It is with the same passion and dedication that Nadine is running for the upcoming WIE elections.

       Human Resources Management Diploma – AUB

       Certified Project Management Professional PMP – Member of Project Management Institute

       Certified professional for Quality Management System ISO9001 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO45000 and Business Continuity Management System ISO22301

       Certified Leadership Coach (ACC) – International Coach Federation ICF

       WIE Secretary 2017-2018, WIE Chair 2019-2020
