Tech Camp 1.0 : Online PCB Design workshop
In a collaborative effort involving PES, SCSS, RAS, AESS, CIS, and MEC (Materials Engineering Club), an online session was conducted focusing on PCB design technology and Altium Designer software. The session commenced with an overview of PCBs, covering their historical evolution, advantages, and diverse applications. participants explored the complexities of PCB manufacturing processes and the reasoning behind choosing Altium Designer as the favored software. Through practical demonstrations, attendees were guided through the process of utilizing Altium Designer for schematic design, PCB layout, and routing. Active engagement was encouraged, with participants posing questions and actively interacting with the content. By the conclusion of the session, participants had acquired valuable insights and practical skills in PCB design using Altium Designer.
