Discussions were held to outline the format and specifics of the competitions scheduled for Saurus'24. Following these discussions, four committees were formed, each tasked with overseeing one of the four planned events for Saurus'24. These committees were established in collaboration with the office bearers. Jagadeesh and Hemalatha provided a comprehensive explanation of the competitions, ensuring that all organizers were thoroughly briefed on the event's activities. The responsibility of crafting the event agenda was delegated to the four committees formed by the secretaries. Additionally, the roles and duties of the Technical Committee were delineated to ensure the smooth execution of the event. The Technical Committee was further tasked with developing forms and composing emails to be distributed to participants, thereby streamlining communication channels. To facilitate seamless coordination and updates among the organizers, a WhatsApp group was established, enhancing the efficiency of event management.
