‘VIRTUAL LABORATORIES WORKSHOP’ Organized by Faculty of Engineering (FoE), Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad In Collaboration with IIT KANPUR
On November 08, 2023, a one-day ‘Virtual Labs Workshop’ is scheduled for the faculty members and interested students of FoE & CCSIT.
The workshop's primary goals were to raise awareness of virtual labs and their use in the regular curriculum and to offer a comprehensive learning management system for laboratory education. With the help of tools, simulations, extra online resources, video lectures, and animated demonstrations, students would have an enhanced teaching and learning experience. Dr. Amit Kumar Sharma, Head and Associate Professor, Physics Department, FoE, and Nodal Coordinator, Virtual Lab, FoE, began the session.
105 faculty members and students participated in the workshop. In his welcoming remarks, the workshop convener, Dr. Amit Kumar Sharma, underlined the significance of holding such a workshop and provided program details and the event's theme.
The workshop was executed virtually, using the primary virtual lab website as a live demonstration platform for the experiments

Biography:
Senior Project Associate of Virtual Labs at IIT Kanpur and Speaker. He did an experimental demonstration on the thermal properties of the materials, which he presented during the HMT Virtual Lab. Test to find the thermal conductivity of various materials in a thermal environment and a presentation of Virtual Labs for SEM also.
