IEEE COMSOC SBC NSSCE EXECOM MEETING
The IEEE ComSoc SBC NSSCE convened a meeting of execom members on 20 March 2024 to discuss the upcoming event "Spectrum ". Members engaged in a fruitful discussion regarding session topics and formats, aiming for inclusivity and engagement. Strategies for effective session conduct, including coordination and marketing, were proposed and well-received.
In addition to event planning, the society conducted a session on VTools, led by Chair Abhina M P. The session aimed to familiarize members with VTools, emphasizing its utility in event management, membership tracking, and collaboration. Attendees actively participated, learning how to leverage VTools for smoother society operations.
Furthermore, the society explored opportunities for securing additional resources by applying for a ComSoc grant. With collective efforts and newfound insights from the VTools session, the IEEE ComSoc SBC NSSCE aims to enhance event management and member engagement, ultimately delivering a successful "Spectrum "
