We discussed the overall organization of our upcoming event "Bizerte Tcodi", 
with the collaboration of the IEEE ISSATM CS chapter, IEEE ISET BIZERTE chapter, and IEEE ENIB SB.

• The media team developed our marketing strategy and our visual identity.
• The sponsoring team developed the proposal and planned the negotiation of
  sponsorship deals and agreements.
• The logistics team agreed on the on-site management strategies.
• The communication team coordinated with the marketing team to elaborate a stable communication strategy.

Then all the teams discussed Prizes, Fees, Estimated Number of Participants, Type of Workshops, and The Coding Platform.
