WIEmpower, hosted by the IEEE WIE Affinity Group at SUP'COM, is set to launch its inaugural edition on February 17-18. This annual event is dedicated to empowering women in technology through leadership development. Attendees can expect a dynamic lineup of workshops, panel discussions, ceremonies, team-building activities, mentorship sessions, and a hackathon, our esteemed speakers will delve into diverse topics to enrich your experience:

- Rahma Abid will conduct a workshop on personal branding.

This decision came despite the tireless efforts and dedication of the organizing committee, who had meticulously planned workshops, panel discussions, ceremonies, team-building activities, mentorship sessions, and a hackathon. While disappointing, this setback underscores the persistent obstacles encountered in advancing gender diversity in the tech industry and emphasizes the ongoing need for support and advocacy to ensure equitable opportunities for women in technology.
