During our first executive committee (ExCom) meeting, our chairperson began by extending warm wishes to the newly appointed members. Then we transitioned into discussions, starting with an overview of the key events organized by our WIE affinity group. Our primary focus was on "Futurista," our upcoming flagship event. 

Following this, the chairperson assigned relevant tasks and responsibilities to each member. These assignments were tailored to ensure the smooth execution of the upcoming tasks, With everyone aligned and committed to their respective roles, we're ended the meeting feeling hopeful that our group will succeed this year.
