In our meeting, we covered four main topics: the election of chapter officers, renewal procedures, innovations, and ice-breaking activities. Firstly, we finalized the date and process for the officers' election and outlined plans to inform members through an online info session scheduled for December 28, 2023. Regarding renewal, we'll reach out to former members via direct messages and emails.

For innovations, we analyzed past experiences, identifying successes and areas for improvement, and brainstormed new approaches. Lastly, we arranged a face-to-face gathering to facilitate member interaction for our ice-breaking activities, fostering stronger connections within the chapter.
