It was unanimously agreed to adopt a hybrid model, allowing participants the flexibility to attend either offline or online, catering to diverse preferences and logistical constraints. A scrutiny round preceding the hackathon was proposed, wherein teams would submit abstracts for evaluation. Selection would be based on the merit of these submissions, ensuring a competitive and high-quality participant pool.
