IC Design Industrial Guest Lecture will be jointly organized by IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Malaysia Chapter, IEEE UniMAP Student Branch, and the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technology Universiti Malaysia Perlis on Thursday 18th April 2024 at 1800 in conjunction with the IEEE Education Week 2024 and IEEE CASS 75th Anniversary Global Celebration. 

 

The Industrial Guest Lecturer is Mr. Muhammad Farid Ilias, IC Layout Design Engineer at Ascend Microsystems. The lecture will be moderated by Mr. Aidil Afiq Muhamed Hanif, a second year Microelectronic Engineering student and a member of IEEE UniMAP Student Branch.

This IC Design Industrial Guest Lecture is open to all especially undergraduate students in Electronic Engineering, and Microelectronic Engineering programs. IEEE and IEEE CASS Membership Drive will be conducted at the beginning of the program. The program will be held in hybrid mode; in-person at IC Design Lab, FKTEN UniMAP and virtually via Microsoft Teams.
