Biography:

Andrew joined Entergy in 1998 and currently serves as Director, Regulatory Research.  He provides regulatory support on emerging technology issues (smart grid, energy efficiency/DSM, renewables, distributed generation, net metering, electric vehicles, micro-grids, etc.) to Entergy’s five public utilities.  He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State, an M.S. in Management from Georgia Tech, and is a registered PE in Georgia and licensed CPA in Louisiana. 

James Charboneau of Entergy

Biography:

James joined Entergy in 2000 and has worked in engineering and project management mostly related to Entergy’s regulated nuclear generating plants.  In 2013, James was named Manager of Technology and Innovation and recently served as the Project Manager for Entergy New Orleans’ Solar Power Plant, a new state-of-the-art 1 MWAC single axis tracking solar project with a fully integrated 0.5 MWe battery.  James received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Auburn, a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the U. of South Carolina, and an MBA from Mississippi State.  James is a registered PE in Mississippi and serves on numerous professional committees and subcommittees.
