This meeting is basically scheduled to discuss on the upcoming events that will be oragnised in 2nd tri-mester(April-June) and an audit as well as review will be done on the events organised during 1st tri-mester(January-March). A plan will be made so as to discuss on the programmes and events preparations.All the members will share their ideas for the events. Feedbacks will be taken by the members as well as the volunteers.
