This event mainly involves female participants to increase their ideas and directions in careers and academic foresight by providing them with one-on-one interaction. The female students will be guided by experts in the specialized area, like:

  1. Skill Development: Dr. Y. Aruna & Dr. G. Kalpana Devi
  2. Wellness: Lakshmi Rani 
  3. Industrial Specialists: P Suneel Kumar & P Madhavan
  4. Internship and Job Opportunities: Ch. Srinivasa Rao 
  5. Academic Guidance: N. Neelima

Along with these, the female students would be guided by experienced experts of their level, i.e their seniors

  3. A. Syam Prakash
  4. K. Abhiram
  5. G. Ravi Kiran

The participants would be given a time limit of 3–4 minutes to ask their questions. This is a first-come, first-served process. The primary participants will have a better time with their mentors.

Refreshments will be provided at the end of the event.

Through short, focused interactions, participants will receive valuable advice, guidance, and support to help them navigate their academic and professional journey in engineering.
