Theme: A hybrid IEEE R8 mentorship for students and Young Professionals empowering future volunteers and workforce.

Event Description:

This IEEE Mentorship program aims to empower students, Young Professionals, IEEE and Non-IEEE members in Uganda through carrier guidance in the field of Education, Industries and Entrepreneurship.

The mentorship will be done by the best experienced expertise in Academia, Industry and Entrepreneurship, through panel decisions which will equip the mentees with knowledge, skills and professional development that will make them ready to meet the rising demand in industries with ever changing technologies and to empower future volunteers, entrepreneurs and workforce.

The forum is targeting to host 10 mentors and at least 3 mentors each from Academia, Industries and Entrepreneurship cycle and about 50 mentees from universities, early professionals and with a target of 20 online participants. This forum will be beneficial to mentees and it will focus in the following areas;
