IEEE DBCE STUDENT BRANCH

The IEEE council meeting held on April 3rd, 2024, commenced with a warm welcome speech by Chairperson Soham Tulaskar.

The session kicked off with a lively networking activity led by Sonal Gaonkar, wherein participants were tasked with jotting down three qualities about themselves on individual pieces of paper. These papers were then shuffled, creating a mix-up of chits. The ensuing challenge was for each person to guess who the qualities belonged to, prompting lively interactions and facilitating connections among members.

 

Prof. Yeshudas Muttu outlined the agenda for the year, elucidating plans for educational trips, IEEE Day celebrations, project paper submissions, new memberships, and various social activities. Additionally, the newly appointed council and leads were briefed on their respective responsibilities, ensuring a smooth transition . In closing, Vice Chairperson Nikhil extended gratitude to all participants, expressing optimism for a productive year ahead filled with enriching learning experiences and collaborative endeavors. With a shared sense of purpose, the meeting concluded, paving the way for a year of growth and achievement within the IEEE community.
