Biography:

Scott Holland is an Electrical Engineer with Southwestern Power Administration in the Division of Transmission Engineering and Planning.  He has over 20 years of experience in high voltage substation design and performing power system studies.  He graduated with a B.S.E.E. from Oklahoma State University in 2000.  He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Oklahoma.
