IEEE-iCARE Computer Science (iCS 2023) Series 2 programme was conducted as a student workshop or training comprising six sessions in total seven hours from 27 August to 15 September 2023. The programme was conducted online using various applications including those offered under IEEE TryEngineering. 

In total 96 Form 4 students from nine rural schools in Southeast Johor region joined the event. Two facilitators assisted the programme along with the project leader. They were exposed to cyber security through Google Interland and exposed to programming using Blockly. Both were as suggested by IEEE TryEngineering. Participants were also exposed to Web Application for Learning Computer Science (WALCS) in which the contents were in Malay language in line with the syllabus of the elective subjects at schools.
