The meeting's primary purpose was to gather post-exam status updates from each OU, including the conclusion of pre-exam events and the status of upcoming projects. 

The weekly updates of chapters and affinity group kicked off with IES updating everyone on their new project's progress. They've successfully reached out to sponsors and held meetings with resource personnel. The project structure involves two online workshops followed by a physical exhibition, possible venues for the physical exhibition were also discussed. They're currently ironing out the timeline, aiming for a four-week gap between workshops and the exhibition to accommodate participants.

Next, IAS shared updates on their ongoing project, InnovMind. Possibilities for collaboration with other SBs and partnerships were conversed over, followed by the project's procedural aspects.

CS then provided updates on wrapping up Codemania officially, including the submission of all necessary reports and documents.

With the officers of the Student Branch providing their final updates, the meeting transitioned into discussions regarding plans for appointing the next office bearers. This process will include interviews and assessments to ensure smooth succession. Finally updates and progress on the works of the SB were reviewed. Additionally, the application process and the required documents for the Student Branch award were thoroughly discussed, concluding the meeting.
