The meeting commenced with weekly updates from each chapter:

WIE: WIE provided updates on wrapping up documents and finances from the completed project "InspiHer." Discussion ensued regarding the IEEE R10 WIE Student Branch Affinity Group Award, including its possibility, criteria, and timelines. Plans for upcoming projects, including the Altium workshop, were also discussed.

CS: CS reported on the completion status of codemania v4.0 vTools submission and ongoing finalization of finance reports. Tasks for the next project were initiated.

IES: IES discussed preparations for their upcoming project in May, including workshop commencement dates and final phase scheduling based on academic calendar availability.

The secretary of the SB provided updates on reports and documentation, including vTools submissions, document updates, and reports due before the section meeting this quarter.

Next, the SB webmaster discussed the implementation status of the official SLTC IEEE website and outlined the necessary tasks to be completed. Additionally, ongoing tasks related to the annual fundraiser of the student branch were discussed.

Finally, preparations for the interviewing process and selection of the next Executive Committee were initiated. Discussion revolved around selecting and implementing the interview process for the chapter chairs.
