To celebrate women’s day and celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness about women's issues, empower women, foster inclusivity, and inspire positive change. And spread awareness about importance of general health and women’s health in daily life.
4) Expected outcome of the session:
To ensure that the women who tirelessly work for us day and night have a joyous occasion to celebrate themselves and enjoy a wonderful time.

The teaching and non-teaching women faculty of Gogte Institute of Technology.

Dr. Aparana Kulkarni (physiotherapist, Pilate’s instructor)

Importance of general health and how to maintain it.
Menstrual health of women.
Various common health issues faced by women.
Tips and remedies to follow to maintain our health.

All the teaching and non-teaching faculty participated in all the fun activities organised.

The faculty expressed that the talk was very informative and helpful.
They engaged themselves actively in fun activities and games conducted and were very
happy.
They enjoyed the food arranged at the counters and had huge smiles.
They showcased their talents in the open stage event conducted.
They clicked lots of photos near the photo booth.
