The Women’s Business Network (WBN) and IEEE Springfield WIE affinity group hosted more than two dozen employees in-person and virtually for their first event of 2024, a panel discussion featuring professional women early in their careers. By sharing the experiences and insights of the panelists, helps to raise awareness about how we can all better support women in their early careers.
Panelists fielded questions on a wide range of topics, leading to discussion about challenges they’ve experienced professionally related to their identity, ideas for showing support for women colleagues, thoughts about successful mentor/mentee relationships, and the ways they bring their authentic selves to work each day.
