Jeffrey McCarthy
Jeff McCarthy has been a partner at North Bridge Venture Partners since 1998.
Prior to becoming an investor, Jeff had a distinguished career in sales and operations. As President and CEO of New Oak Communications, a leading provider of extranet access switches, he oversaw all operations and shepherded the company through its acquisition by Bay Networks. Jeff stayed on after the acquisition as VP and General Manager of the Access Division.
Before New Oak, Jeff was VP of Sales and Business Development at Cadia Networks, a developer of ATM concentrator products for the service provider marketplace. Jeff also held various senior management positions earlier in his career, including VP of Carrier Operations at Wellfleet Communications/Bay Networks.
A magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University, School of Management, Jeff received his MBA degree from Bentley College.

Sandeep Jain
Sandeep Jain currently works for Leader Bank as Vice President/ Commercial Loan Officer. Sandeep has over a decade of experience in commercial lending. Over his career, he has helped hundreds of businesses, startups, and non-profits get access to capital and expand their businesses. Sandeep also actively volunteers and is on the Board for Food Link, a non-profit based in Arlington MA. He holds an MBA in Finance and an MS in Accounting from Clark University
