Savannah Section 2024 Planning Dinner Meeting
Savannah Section officers and volunteers met over dinner at Berkeley Hall Club to discuss upcoming events for 2024. The events that were known at that time included Girls' Engineer It Day and Savannah Engineering Academy. We also discussed meeting with the Silicon Garden volunteer group in Beaufort County, SC, which promotes STEM careers for youth. One concern expressed by the officers was getting more participation from section members in general, and setting up industry site visits.
