Notes:
Chair Samanuai A commenced the meeting at 8:30 PM IST.
1. Samauai A initiated the meeting by briefing an overall idea about the student branch
chapter. Responsibilities of the chair, vice-chair, treasurer, technical coordinator, MD
chair, and other positions were discussed. There was also discussion on flagship events
and overall support for the SB from the college and section.
2. Arsha M Joby detailed the role and responsibilities of a secretary. Additionally, she
explained VTools and how it works.
3. Helen Anil discussed the roles and responsibilities in SPS, along with the scope of
scholarships and awards. Additionally, there was a briefing about Spectrospect, an
upcoming event.
4. Anu Viswanathan gave a short description of the roles in PES, highlighting the
differences compared to other societies and activities done in the past year. A brief
description of the roles and responsibilities in PES was also provided.
5. Rohit K, chair of the Robotics and Automation Society, discussed the main activities
coordinated under RAS and explained the roles and responsibilities within the society,
including information about scholarships and grants.
6. Aman Jose, chair of the CS Society, gave a description of the society's flagship event,
Mind Meld, and provided an overview of major section events, grants, and scholarships.
He also explained the roles and responsibilities within the CS Society.

7. Annapoorna P discussed the roles and responsibilities within ComSoc and explained
various activities initiated under the society.
8. Bhavana R Nair, chair of WIE AG, shared information regarding awards and
scholarships, detailed the roles and responsibilities in SB and the section.
9. Alan Abraham added details about SDP (Student Development Program), including
different domains, mentors, and future plans.
Feedback on the current probationary team was given, and progress in ongoing event plans
was discussed.
