IEEE Hyderabad Section SAC Core Team Meeting

Student Activities committee of IEEE Hyderabad Section has organized an administrative meeting with SAC Core Team physically at Section office.

Meeting Attendees:

Meeting Minutes:

1. The team discussed strategies to increase SN membership, particularly with input from SB Counselors, to accommodate the sudden surge in student memberships due to promotion codes. A comprehensive list of activities for the year with tentative dates was proposed and will be finalized in the upcoming meetings.

2. Budget allocations for all proposed events were discussed, and necessary adjustments will be made to ensure effective resource management. The date, program schedule, and budget for the Physical SN Training were finalized, ensuring it aligns with the section's goals and objectives.

3. It was decided to update the details of unknown SBs, including their Principal's contact information, to officially address their inactivity. Sponsorship opportunities for SAC and Section Student Congress events were explored, with plans to reach out to potential sponsors.

4. Roles and responsibilities of each SN member were delineated based on their assigned roles to ensure clear accountability and efficient workflow. Active and inactive SBs will be assigned to selected SN members, in collaboration with SAC Coordinators, to revitalize inactive SBs and enhance their engagement.

5. Plans for IEEE Day Celebrations, IEEE xTream coding contest, and Congress events were discussed briefly, with detailed planning to follow in subsequent meetings.
