Biography:

Dr Robert Barnett, B.E.,  MEng Sci, MBA. PhD is an experienced biomedical technology manager, educator, researcher and advocate. He was a lecturer at the University  of Melbourne from 1990 to 1999, Chief Biomedical Engineer at
