Smart India Hackathon is a nationwide initiative to provide students with a platform to solve some of the
pressing problems we face in our daily lives, and thus inculcate a culture of product innovation and a mindset
of problem-solving. The first four editions proved to be extremely successful in promoting innovation out-of the-box thinking in young minds, especially engineering students from across India. IEEE-SB MMMUT brings the internal hackathon of SIH 2023, the next generation
evolution by inclusion of new methodology to inculcate the culture of startup and innovation ecosystem.
Note: This is an Internal Hackathon for the team selection of participants in the AICTE Smart India
 Hackathon.
Guidelines Regarding The Event:

  • Problem Statements are given on the Official Smart India Hackathon website. The participants are
    required to either choose a software problem or a hardware problem.
  •  All team members should be from same college; no inter-college teams are allowed. However,
    members from different branches of the same college are encouraged to form a team.
  • Each team would mandatorily comprise of 6 members including the team leader.
  • Each team must have at least one female team member.
  • The team name should be unique and must not contain the name of the college in any form.
  • The participants need to showcase their ideas through a presentation which they need to submit in the
    given google form before the mentioned deadline.
  • Deadline: 6th October, 2023 (11:59 A.M. Morning)
  • A max of 35 teams (30 Shortlisted + 5 Waitlisted) from the college will qualify.
