Vichar Vimarsh Debate Competition
The Vichar Vimarsh Debate Competition features six teams, each with four members, engaging in dynamic debates on topics concerning the social impacts of technology. In each round, two teams are randomly selected to argue either for or against a given topic. Teams have 10 minutes to prepare their arguments, during which they also introduce their topic using defined keywords. The debate phase allows for a lively exchange of viewpoints and rebuttals, lasting a total of 6 minutes. This format provides participants with an opportunity to demonstrate their critical thinking and persuasive communication abilities.
