Highlights of the Discussion-

To organize a three-day flagship event for IEEE APS society around October 2024. It will majorly focus on fundraising and promotion where participants from outside will be charged a certain fee for the workshop along with a nominal fee for  in-house students. More ideas discussed for promotion inside the campus like- webinars, organizing a hands-on session on antenna design, ideathons, poster design etc.Proper promotion must be done in order to get more registrations and live up to the main agenda of the flagship event. For promotions, there has to be full-fledged participation of students in and out the campus where they get to know more about what IEEE APS Society does and its future potential. Hence, conducting webinars, workshops, quiz and fun relevant technical games etc can be helpful.

●      1 month buffer for promotion and more recognition within Bangalore.

●      25 registrations must for HFSS software for antenna design

●      Brochures/posters- 27th May (tentative date) for approval.

•         Third Saturdays (holiday)- can be taken up for workshops.
•         Planned to conduct a event on May 17th on the occasion of Worlds Telecommunication Day.
•         Planned to conduct an Competition on designing of Antenna for Flagship event.
