Activity Session - "Pick and Give: A Team-Building Journey"
The IEEE Student Branch at AITS, Rajampet, organized a dynamic event on February 28th, 2024, featuring an engaging session centered around the "Pick and Give" game. This activity was meticulously designed to serve as both an icebreaker and a team-building exercise, with the overarching goal of nurturing essential skills such as communication, cooperation, and problem-solving among undergraduate students. The event saw enthusiastic participation from approximately 43 members of the B.Tech 2nd and 3rd years, who eagerly embraced the challenges presented by the game. Under the supervision of IEEE Student Branch members and faculty coordinators, the participants immersed themselves in the activity, demonstrating remarkable teamwork and strategic thinking throughout. The "Pick and Give" game proved to be an effective tool for fostering a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among the students. As they navigated through the various tasks and challenges, participants not only honed their individual skills but also forged meaningful connections with their peers.
