The event, hosted by IEEE RITB SB, commenced at 11:45 and concluded at 2:15, marking a vibrant gathering of students and faculty. Sanjana and Tamanna initiated proceedings by acquainting the audience with IEEE RITB SB, its rich history, and its mission. They introduced esteemed faculty members, including Dr. Sujatha, Dr. Shobha, Dr. Parkavi, Dr. Parimala Prabhakar, Dr. Sethu Selvi, Dr. Sreedhar S, Dr. S Immaculate Rosaline, Dr. Sangeetha, and Dr. Ramya HR.

The event unfolded with insightful speeches from faculty members, emphasizing the benefits of IEEE membership, networking opportunities, and the significance of higher studies. Dr. Parkavi elaborated on the advantages of IEEE involvement, while Dr. Sethu Selvi highlighted volunteering activities and paper publications facilitated by IEEE. Sreedhar Sir commended the previous term's team for their outstanding performance and set high expectations for the present team, stressing the importance of quality over quantity in research endeavors.

Former secretary Srinivas C reflected on past events and emphasized the value of attending conferences and events. Each chapter chair presented past and upcoming events, showcasing the diverse range of activities organized by IEEE RITB SB.

The event also featured Robo RIT, represented by Pavan, who acknowledged the contributions of the previous team and introduced upcoming events, including participation in an IEEE event in Tokyo.

Certificates were awarded to outgoing executive committee members, with Suhas Katrahalli receiving the Best Outgoing Senior Award. Dr. Shobha and Dr. Sujatha encouraged student participation at the Bangalore level, emphasizing the opportunities available within the IEEE Bangalore section.

Introductions continued with chapters such as WIE, CS, ComSoc, MTTS, PES, Sensor Council, APS, and Signal Processing Society, each outlining their objectives and upcoming initiatives.

Current secretary Katyayani Palak introduced the Tech Ethics Committee and outlined future plans to encourage research-oriented goals and interdisciplinary activities.

Former members shared their experiences and offered advice to incoming members, emphasizing the importance of learning from mistakes and seizing opportunities. Anirudh, the vice-chair of SB, delivered the vote of thanks, concluding the event on a positive note of camaraderie and shared aspirations within the IEEE RITB SB community.
