IEEE WIE AG Inauguration

The IARE IEEE SB WIE AG) was inaugurated on 6 May 2024. Ms Akanksha, SB WIE Chair  and Ms. Celesty Bliss, SB Chair invited dignitaries  to the dais.

2. Dr M.V. Krishna Rao, SB counsellor
3. Dr Sobha Rani, Controller of Exam, IARE
4. Guest of Honor: Dr S. Harivardhagini

The function commenced with the lightning of lamps by dignitaries. At first Ms Akanksha, SB WIE Chair and Dr Ramadevi, WIE AG advisor welcomed the audience and the introduced IEEE WIE AG. Dr M.V. Krishna Rao, SB counsellor explained the importance of WIE AG, especially on the retainment of woman force in engineering domains.  Dr S. Harivardhagini, Guest of Honor explained the goals of IEEE WIE AG and membership benefits to the woman student members. WIE AG advisor finally announced the executive committee with following members:

1. P. Akanksha – Chair
2. D. Celesty Bliss– Vice Chair
3. K. Kavya - Secretary
4. P. Harshitha – Treasurer

The function ended with Photo session of exeCom and vote of thanks by Ms. Celesty Bliss, SB Chair.
