Hybrid electric aircraft - Key technologies and integration challenges
Hybrid electric aircraft are the only near term practical solution to decarbonizing aviation. This approach optimizes for reducing emissions while maintaining payload. There are several tradeoffs made while engineering a hybrid electric architecture to create this optimal solution. This talk will touch on the tradeoffs and technologies that enable practical aircraft as well as the real world integration challenges.
