Members are presented with the applications received to fill the roles of Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.

The following initiatives to be carried out in 2024 are also discussed and approved:

Event 1 (total expenses $0):

-       Type of event: remote seminar

-        Title: How to write responses to Request for Proposal to win public and private sector business

-        Lecturer: Dr. Debbie Davy, Ph.D

 

Event 2 (total expenses $0):

-        Type of event: remote seminar

-        Title: A Guide for Interdisciplinary Teaching and Learning

-        Lecturer: Alan Chong

 

Event 3 (total expenses $1000)

-       Type of event: In-person seminar

-       Lecturers: Italian science journalists and communication experts

-       Spending specifications:

• Reimbursement of lecturer' travel expenses: 300 euros

• Catering: 300 euros

• Rental of conference room and services: 300 euros

• Advertising of the event: 100 euros
