MazeMaster
‘MazeMaster’ is an engaging event aimed at nurturing innovation and problem-solving skills among undergraduate students from local universities. Participants will have the opportunity to design and build robots capable of navigating through a maze autonomously. The competition consists of several stages, including an online introductory session, an online workshop focusing on robot design problem-solving, and the main event of maze solving by the designed robots.
Online Introductory Session: The competition kicks off with an online introductory session where participants will be briefed about the competition rules, guidelines, and technical requirements.
Online Workshop and Discussion on Robot Design: Following the introductory session, participants will engage in an online workshop facilitated by an expert panel. The workshop will focus on problem-solving related to robot design, aiming to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to overcome challenges they may encounter during the design and implementation phase.
Maze-Solving Event: The main event of the competition is the maze-solving challenge, where participants' designed robots will navigate through a predefined maze autonomously. The maze will contain twists, turns, dead ends, and other obstacles, presenting a challenging environment for the robots to navigate. The maze-solving event will provide participants with an opportunity to showcase their technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities. The competition will be evaluated based on declared criteria, by an expert judge panel.
