Robotic Workshop on "Design of Deep Learning for Robotics and Applications,"
The second session of the Tech Pulse series, titled "Design of Deep Learning for Robotics and Applications," focuses on an area at the cutting edge of technological innovation that promises to reshape the future of automation and intelligent systems. The event, organized by the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group Sri Lanka Section and co-hosted by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) Sri Lanka Chapter and the IEEE Computer Society (CS) Sri Lanka Chapter, successfully concluded with 238 registered participants. This initiative aims to upgrade the professional skills and knowledge of IEEE WIE members, IEEE members, and the general public while enhancing networking opportunities among members.
Professor Tetsuya Ogata, Director of the Institute of AI and Robotics at Waseda University and a Professor in the Department of Intermedia Art and Science, Faculty of Science and Engineering at Waseda University, Japan, is a leading authority in the field of robotics and deep learning.
