Prof. Shravani Mathur

Biography:

Professor Shravani Mathur is a prominent educationist. She has received numerous accolades for her valuable contributions and achievements in education and research. After completing her schooling from Army School Gorakhpur, Prof. Mathur graduated in Electrical Engineering from  Rohilkhand University, Bareilly in 2005 and joined as a Lecturer in Shri Ramswaroop Memorial college of Engineering and Management, Lucknow in 2005. Got married in Bhopal, she joined Oriental Institute of Science and Technology in 2010. After completing her Masters in Power Systems from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University Bhopal in 2015, she joined Oriental College of Technology as an Associate Professor. She is also a potential Peer Reviewer for various reputed Conferences and Journals like CICN, CSNT etc. She is associated with IEEE, ISTE and IEI as Professional member and nominated as an affiliate member on various committees of IEEE. She has participated in 40 Webinars/FDPs/Conferences/Workshops and leadership summits. She is the Guest speaker at institutes like IITs, Parul University, Swarnandhara Engineering College etc. A stickler for quality, team builder to the core and a natural motivator with perseverance and integrity. She commands excellent communication skills that have been honed through interacting with people at various levels. She was the speaker at IEEE Returning Mother's Conference 2023. In addition to this, She had been nominated as Publicity Brand Ambassador for IEEE TENSYMP 2021, a flagship Conference of region 10. She has been selected as Secretary and treasurer of IEEE PELS and IES chapter for 2023-24 as well as Core Team Member of IEEE MP Section for years 2021-24. Recently she served as Publicity Committee Head for IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit 2023 at Raipur. She has published around 20 articles in various conferences and journals at National and International level. Published a patent on Electric Vehicles charging station.
