Biography:
Energetic experienced professional who will immerse into the company to understand and relate to the company culture. He has developed many new groups within companies and has endeavored to make them successful. This starts with the understanding of how a company conducts business, from sourcing to shipping, and from concept to production. His primary focus is always on understanding the customer’s needs and maximizing the company’s margins. As he sees it, these areas can make or break a company. A business must iteratively align itself to that which the customer values, and comprehend that which they do not.
