I. Introduction
The "STEMtastic Futures: Inspiring Young Minds" event is designed to captivate and educate participants about the transformative potential of IoT technology. Through an interactive showcase of smart projects, school girl participants will witness first hand how everyday objects can be revolutionized into intelligent devices using the power of connectivity and technology. This event aims to inspire curiosity, foster innovation, and equip young minds with the skills and knowledge necessary to tackle real-world challenges.

Transportation: Bus arrangements will be made to facilitate volunteer transportation at college from 11:30am and it will leave to the venue sharp at 12:00 Noon. Volunteers are requested to have your lunch by 11:45am and board the bus.

Event Overview
A. IoT Smart Project Showcase:
Participants will engage in a hands-on exploration of IoT technology through interactive exhibits and demonstrations. They will learn about the integration of sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers to create innovative solutions for practical problems. From environmental monitoring to home automation, high school girl participants will witness the diverse applications of IoT in various domains.

B. Volunteer Engagement:
Volunteers will play a crucial role in facilitating the event. They will be divided into groups and tasked with showcasing and demonstrating the working models to girl students from classes VII, IX and X who add up to 200. Through interactive engagement, volunteers will provide insights into the projects and encourage participation, fostering a dynamic learning environment for all participants.
