Mudit Khanna of Ideal Power

Biography:

Mudit Khanna (Senior Member, IEEE) received his B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal in India in 2012 and M.S degree from Virginia Tech, Virgnia, USA in 2017.


Mr. Khanna has spent more than a decade in semiconductor industry working on power electronic systems, power semiconductor devices and power management ICs (PMICs). He was Product Definition and Applications Manager at Analog Devices between 2017-2023 where he developed high power density and ASIL rated PMICs for automotive applications. Currently, he is a Technical Product Manager at Ideal Power, Inc. and is leading product development and commercialization of B-TRAN™ based products. He has published multiple research papers, articles and holds more than 8 patents on B-TRAN™ device technology, driver design and packaging.
